Sartorial Inspiration: Leanne Shapton

I stumbled upon the wonderful water color paintings of Leanne Shapton on the New York Times blog.  I was so intrigued  and inspired that I decided to channel one of Shapton’s Tree Series pieces into a relaxed ’70s look that emanates the flower-power style of Nicole Richie and Kate Hudson.
